Bill Connor is a Consultant for Avison Young’s Philadelphia office. He served as a Principal and Vice President of Project Management for five years prior to announcing semi-retirement.
Before joining Avison Young, Bill was the Founder & President of Remington Group, Inc., a Project Management and Owner’s Representative firm. With over 35 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate, Bill is recognized as a leader in the field of Owner’s Representation and Project Management. He has successfully managed the planning, design and delivery of a broad range of projects, including data centers, libraries, office buildings and fit-outs, mixed-use developments, university student housing, and residential condominiums.
Prior to founding Remington Group, Bill worked as a private developer. During that time he managed the development of Chesterbrook in Tredyffrin Township, PA. This planned, mixed-use community was one of the first of its kind in the State. He also managed the completion of the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia and other commercial properties around the country.
