With over thirty years of professional Corporate office and Industrial experience, Tracey brings an extensive background in business development, client management and project management services. She joined the AY team as part of the acquisition of with The Walsh Company NJ, who she joined as Vice President of Project Management in 2006 to head up and grow their Tenant Rep Project Management Group. Her previous work experience was with the Aztec Corporation for 14 years, where she was one of the founding principals. Tracey was instrumental in helping to grow the business from a 4 person firm to 45 people to what is recognized today as one of the leading architectural design firms in the state of New Jersey. Prior to Aztec, Tracey was a Senior Project Director/ Account Manager for Brenner Business Interiors in Newark, NJ, responsible for generating and coordinating over 500,000 SF of corporate interiors work annually and for Business Interiors in southern New Jersey, where she served as Senior Designer/Project Manager, providing regional and national interior design and furniture procurement services.
Tracey began her career after graduating Cum Laude with a dual major BS in Interior Design and Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Having been brought up in Europe, Tracey brings a unique perspective to all her work. Her style and passion shows in her efforts with the American Cancer Society, Special Olympics, Dale Carnegie and her support of numerous wildlife and preservation organizations.
