Juliet currently leads the South Region’s Insight team for Avison Young. Her career has focused on being a strategist, economist, and research professional. Before coming to Avison Young, she was a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, building large scale sales enablement programs. Previously, she spent five years with commercial real estate firm, JLL, as a strategic consultant for Corporate Solutions, and as a VP, Director of SE Region Research and Strategy where she focused on providing thought leadership and competitive intelligence for the firm. During her time at JLL, she was a key influencer for many $MM deals such as Mercedes Benz NA HQ relocation to Atlanta, NCR Corporation’s new World HQ campus, and the Atlanta Braves groundbreaking concept for entertainment through Truist Park. Juliet’s prior work includes more than a decade as an economist with the Kettering Foundation. The foundation afforded a unique opportunity to work alongside communities, corporations, and academia, in understanding how complex issues can be solved through deliberative engagement. These key insights have provided her with a rare understanding of what it takes to name and frame issues, weigh tradeoffs, and thus collectively solve problems - in a way often missing in the business world.
Juliet has been a national keynote speaker and panelist, has written for the Atlanta Business Chronicle and contributed to many publications through the Kettering Foundations, and has been a guest lecturer in the university setting.
She holds an MS in Applied Economics and a BS in Economics.
