Patrick Laurin is an experienced real estate executive with over a decade of expertise helping public and private organizations develop strategic real estate solutions across Canada and abroad. As Managing Director for Québec and Leader of Occupier Services, he leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to aligning real estate strategies with clients' broader business objectives.

Patrick began his career in civil engineering, where he developed a deep understanding of operational and financial performance through large-scale infrastructure projects, including the expansion of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. That technical foundation continues to shape his analytical and results-oriented approach to real estate.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Patrick has earned a reputation for crafting tailored, data-driven solutions that foster growth, efficiency, and long-term value. His leadership spans industrial, office, and multi-market portfolios, with a proven ability to manage complex negotiations and optimize performance. 

In 2015, he was appointed head of the industrial sector, and by 2018, he was leading the Occupier Services group overseeing a team of 25 professionals serving national and global clients.

Following Avison Young's acquisition of Devencore in 2021, Patrick became Managing Director for Québec in 2023, where he now drives regional strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence.
