Michelle brings more than 25 years of consulting, change management, project management and workplace realignment experience to Avison Young. Throughout her career, she has delivered innovation and business growth in disruptive times through relationship development, effective cross-functional collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to providing superior client service. 

With a unique background that began with a career in IT consulting at Accenture and evolved into design and strategy expertise, Michelle has combined her passion for helping clients define and transition into new ways of working that support the business and meet the increasing expectations of the workforce. Michelle worked at Perkins & Will for more than 10 years, leading their Workplace Strategy practice with a wide variety of projects diving deep into the new role of the workplace.  

Michelle is a leader in successful business transformation efforts as well as her many strategy projects and she will bring business process, workplace knowledge and deep planning skills to your project.
