Kathleen McSharry is a Senior Director in Avison Young’s Tri-State Debt & Equity Finance Team.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kathleen was a Senior Managing Director at The Singer & Bassuk Organization, responsible for managing the placement process of construction and permanent financing exceeding $8 billion. She began her career with The Singer & Bassuk Organization’s predecessor firm in 1982.

Kathleen has won the Real Estate Board of New York’s Most Ingenious Finance Deal of the Year five times, including 2016 with Scott Singer and 2008, 2007, 2005 and 2001 with Andy Singer.
