Emmanuel joined Avison Young's Global IT Operations team in 2023 as IT Manager for Canada. This role consists of assisting the North American IT Manager in mentoring the Canadian 2nd line teams located across Canada, as well as working with our Canadian OPS managers to support the Montreal office and support the implementation of our global IT strategies.

Previously, he worked at Avison Young as an IT consultant, assisting with several projects and providing support to North American users.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Emmanuel worked as an Application Support Specialist for the company Volvo (Nova Bus), for the United Nations as an Information Systems Specialist as well as being in charge of IT programs for the Brothers of Christian Instruction, and also worked as Project Manager for the Haitian Institute of Human Rights.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Haiti, a diploma in computer science from the Centre de technologie moderne d'Haïti and studied industrial engineering at the Université Quisqueya (a private institution of higher education).
