Diana Navarrete is a Client Services Coordinator with Avison Young. In this role, Diana is responsible for the creation and preparation of new proposals, surveys, market and space availability searches, team presentations, and marketing packages. She collaborates with brokers and others to grow and meet business plan goals by providing administrative, marketing and project management support.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Diana worked as a Junior Brokerage Support Analyst at a prominent global commercial real estate services company, where she managed the South Florida revenue pipeline, transactions and revenue reports. She was accountable for coordinating the entire deal tracking process, generating invoices and collections. Diana validated commercial real estate transaction documents such as leases, commission agreements, purchase sale agreements and closing statements. She would meet with brokers to update the submarket, projected closing date and commission rates. Diana also coordinated transactions management with markets in the United States and other global markets.
