David Podlesny began his career in 2010 as Trainee at BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH. In 2012, he joined Savills as an Office Agency consultant where he advised clients on the tenant and landlord side.

In April 2016, David was promoted to senior consultant, taking on greater responsibility for middle and large sized companies as well as overseeing the consultation of major lettings in the Cologne office market.

In January 2018, David became Associate Director at Avison Young and is responsible for Office Leasing in Düsseldorf, Cologne and the Ruhr area.

David is certified as a Real Estate Professional and is holding an academic degree in Real Estate Economics from the IREBS in Eltville.
