CC Chen started her career in real estate industry over a decade ago. CC’s broad-ranging experiences with owners, tenants, contractors and professionals give her insight into the intangibles. She specializes in finding varied financial solutions to complex analytical problems. Having been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2011 she has developed critical thinking and attention to detail skills, as well as adherence to professional conducts.

CC has experience with clients in all sectors of the industry, including industrial subdivision and rezoning. She strongly believes, for any problem, there is always an answer. Now she has a focus on investment real estate. She represents a group of resourceful investors who are actively looking into investing in Saskatchewan. With proficient knowledge about Saskatchewan and its economic development, not only does she attract real estate investment but also draws business activities. While not helping clients to meet their CRE needs, CC travels around the world attending trade shows as a buyer for home and construction supplies.

CC has been a long-term member of the Kiwanis Club of Regina-Wascana and served as the club’s treasurer for 5 years. CC greatly supports and is involved in local business. She is one of the owners of Vicsquare Arcade and Maple United Import.
