Becky started her career in residential property management in 1993 focusing both on Tucson and the Phoenix Metro Area. In her early career she was an original member of the Crime Free Multi-Housing Group and an active member of the Arizona Multi-Housing Association. In 2001, Becky was nominated for a Tribute Award from the Arizona Multi-Housing Association for Apartment Manger of the Year (1-199 units). She then joined the Dodge Flower Neighborhood Association when she managed an Apartment Complex with its boundaries and received a nomination from the Association for a Neighborhood Recognition Award from the City of Tucson for her dedication and contribution to the Association.

In 2008, Becky moved to commercial real estate property management when she joined GPE Management Services (now Avison Young). Now, as a Property Manager for the Avison Young Phoenix office, Becky continues to grow her experience. She has achieved a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Association accreditation as well as a BOMA REAL Property Administration (RPA) designation. Becky is currently a professional member of BOMA and has served as chair for the Green Building Committee and the BOMA board.

Becky first got involved in green buildings and when she attended a conference and tradeshow where she learned about the Phoenix USGBC council and the LEED building program. Becky now holds her LEED Green Association accreditation which she maintains with a required 15 hours of continued education every 2 years. The LEED Green Associate credential is for those who want to gain knowledge in green building construction and in the areas of operations and maintenance of buildings to make them more energy efficient.

Becky was a long-standing member of both the Tucson West Coast Swing Dance Club and The Southern Arizona Light Opera Company while she lived down in Tucson.
