Amanda Saltzman is a Director in Avison Young’s New York City office in the Debt, Joint Venture and Structured Capital Group.
Her area of expertise includes debt and equity capital raises across all asset classes. She provides advisory services that focus on entity and asset recapitalizations, property acquisitions, and new development as well as advising clients on deploying capital into Real Estate opportunities. Saltzman draws upon her background coming from a real estate family and her contacts from over 10 years of secondary market experience. She joined Avison Young in 2013 and has been working with the Capital Markets Group for seven years.
Prior joining Avison Young, Saltzman was a Leasing Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle in New York. While at Jones Lang LaSalle, she specialized in both Tenant Representation and Landlord Agency assignments. Her responsibilities included analyzing business drivers and occupancy needs to identify and evaluate the best solutions for clients to meet their short and long term goals, reduce client costs and increase sustainability through LEED initiatives, and manage lease negotiations on client’s behalf.
