Fair Lawn, NJ – Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has been exclusively retained by Atkins Companies, a leading multigenerational real estate development, investment and property management firm specializing in office and medical properties, to market and lease their recently acquired 150,000-square-foot (sf) medical/professional office building at 17-17 Route 208 in Fair Lawn, NJ.

Avison Young Principal and Executive Director Jeff Heller and Senior Vice President Steven Geltzeiler will represent Atkins Companies to lease the available units within the building. Current tenants include a mix of occupiers, including Summit Health – which recently moved to the building and occupies 78,000-sf of multi-medical practice space, law firm Gottlieb & Greenspan, LLC, which recently expanded in the building, and SportsCare Physical Therapy.
