Jenna Muller joins as Principal, bringing more than 20 years of experience in office leasing

Nashville, TN – Avison Young, a global real estate advisory firm, has hired Jenna Muller as Principal in the firm’s Nashville office. With 20-plus years of experience in office agency leasing and tenant representation, Muller has advised clients on leasing ground-up developments, optimizing existing class A assets and navigating complex transactions on behalf of clients. Most recently, she led office leasing efforts for some of Nashville’s most notable mixed-use developments including The Neuhoff District and Gulch Union.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Muller spent nearly two decades at Cushman & Wakefield where she was involved in approximately $1.4 billion in commercial real estate transactions totaling roughly five million square feet. Muller began her career with Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers in Washington, DC in 2008, which eventually became Cushman & Wakefield, before relocating to Nashville where she has become known as a leading commercial real estate advisor for the past nine years.
