Stefan Ivanisevic brings impactful office leasing expertise to the firm

Chicago, IL – Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has hired Stefan Ivanisevic to bolster the firm’s brokerage platform, in a business development capacity, in Chicago, IL. Ivanisevic joins as a Vice President for Tenant Representation services and brings an extensive track record of advising office occupiers and developing real estate strategies.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Stefan served as a Senior Associate at JLL, where he specialized in tenant representation for office users across the greater Chicagoland area ranging from startups to established corporations. Ivanisevic also held key roles at Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, including Director of Business Development and Client Relationship Manager, where he was instrumental in growing the firm’s presence and strengthening client partnerships.
