Avison Young is a Principal-led, people-first, private firm with more than 700 Principals across the globe. These Principals are industry leaders who embody the Avison Young collaborative culture, partnership ethos, and client-first mentality.

Ali Baker is in the Toronto office and has been with the firm since 2018. Ali leads the retail team in Toronto for Avison Young and manages many key retail accounts. She is a Toronto CREW member and acts as a mentor in the Avison Young mentorship program. Ali is part of the global retail executive committee for Avison Young and is integral to how the retail team develops processes and grows as a team/business.

Aidan Mallovy is in our Toronto West office and has been with the firm since 2015. Aidan is a supportive and collaborative teammate who focuses on client centric strategy. Many of his client relationships are long term, and multi transactional. As our Emerging Leader Ambassador, Aidan is always willing to lend a hand and take on a challenge. He regularly mentors others in the office as well.

Adam Walman is in the Toronto office and has been with the firm since 2013. Adam leads by example and is a strong contributor to the firm’s office culture. Adam's clients usually become long-term Avison Young relationships, such as Adgar Investments & Development Inc., where his relationship is almost 10 years running, and has grown to include Property Management services as well as Agency Leasing. Adam does pro-bono real estate work for 'Houselink & Mainstay', which is a supportive housing provider.

"I'm absolutely thrilled for these three deserving individuals. Their unwavering commitment and tireless effort in building their business shines through in everything they do," said Joe Almeida, Principal and Managing Director, Ontario. “Becoming a Principal is at the very core of our company values. We select these individuals for their ongoing leadership, collaboration, and dedication to Avison Young’s purpose – creating real economic, social and environmental value for our clients and in the communities in which we work.
