Atlanta, GA – Avison Young has been exclusively retained by Governors Lake Properties LLC to lease the five-story, 101,105-square-foot (sf), office building located at 6801 Governors Lake Parkway in the Norcross/Peachtree Corners submarket.
The owners are represented by Chris Godfrey, Principal and Monica Speak, Vice President, both based in Avison Young’s Atlanta office.
