Growing tenant is doubling its space and relocating to better serve its employees and attract and retain talent

Houston, TX – Avison Young announced today it has negotiated a long-term, 53,060 square-foot (sf) office lease on behalf of its client, Kodiak Gas Services, LLC. The space is located at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, a Class AAA, 31-story office building that is one of two towers within The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway in The Woodlands, TX.

Avison Young Principals, Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe, who are out of the firm’s Houston office, represented the tenant. The landlord, The Howard Hughes Corporation, was represented by Robert S. Parsley, Norman V. Munoz and Jillian Fredericks with Colliers.

Kodiak Gas Services is a leading operator of contract compression infrastructure in the United States, with a fleet of approximately 3.2 million horsepower. The company focuses on large horsepower contract compression operations to serve upstream and midstream customers by facilitating production of natural gas and oil.

Currently, Kodiak leases two office suites totaling 26,599 sf in Montgomery, TX, a town 29 miles north of The Woodlands.

On site amenities in The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway include a two-story, 19,000-sf fitness center with a basketball/volleyball/pickleball court, sprint track, premier cardio and weight equipment, and locker rooms with showers; a 33,000-sf multipurpose rooftop terrace; conference facilities spanning nearly 9,000 sf; and a café among other tenant-friendly amenities.
