Avison Young welcomes four new UK Principals April 19, 2023

Rachel Crick, Ulf Eickelberg, Robert High and Pete Stockall join the 700+ Principals guiding the strategy of one of the world’s leading commercial real estate firms.

Avison Young is pleased to announce that Rachel Crick, Ulf Eickelberg, Robert High and Pete Stockall have all been named Principals in the Class of 2023. Crick, Eickelberg and High join from the firm’s London office while Stockall is based in Bristol.

They are part of an acclaimed group of 26 new Principals worldwide, and in this role, will help guide the strategy of the business. The cohort will join over 700 Principals across the globe, with a common vision to prioritise people, clients and collaboration.

Crick has been with the company for five years and is a Director of Town Planning. She has vast experience of securing commercially driven planning consents for clients across a variety of sectors. This includes numerous tall buildings across London; strategic logistics schemes providing over 2 million sq ft of floorspace; and complex residential masterplans delivering over 7,000 new homes.

Eickelberg, a Director of Project Management, has been at Avison Young since 2007. He has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, predominantly in London where he has been leading several high-profile schemes. As a trusted advisor to his clients, Eickelberg has delivered mixed use schemes, hotels, data centres and offices. He is a specialist in new office buildings, office retrofit work and the fit out of headquarters for owner occupier organisations.

Also hailing from the London office, Robert High is a Director of Building and Project Consultancy who has been with the company since 2019. He has provided cost consultancy services across a number of key sectors including retail, residential, commercial and industrial, delivering schemes from new builds to complex refurbishments. He is currently delivering a major refurbishment in a prime location on Oxford Street, which will see an exciting new retailer come to the iconic destination.

Stockall joined Avison Young as a graduate in 2001 and is now a Director heading up the Bristol and South West Planning team. He specialises in leading project teams delivering some of the largest and most complex planning schemes in the South West including; city centre regeneration projects; new community masterplans and detailed delivery; strategic employment sites; and retail and leisure destinations.
