Nashville, TN – Warren Smith, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Nashville office today announced that Lisa Maki, CCIM and Mike Jacobs, CCIM have been named Avison Young Principals based in the firm’s Nashville office.

Maki and Jacobs join the more than 50 Principals that are being honored as part of the Avison Young Principal Class of 2022. Avison Young is a Principal-led, people-first firm with more than 650 Principals across the globe. As a private company, these Principals are industry leaders who exemplify the partnership structure, collaborative culture, and client-first mentality.

Mike and Lisa have been business partners for over 10 years, and they lead Nashville’s Capital Markets business unit.Aside from their numerous business successes that continue to shape Nashville’s vibrant commercial real estate environment, they have been contributors to our local community.Mike actively supports local entrepreneurs as they seek to expand their businesses and explore alternative locations. Lisa has most recently been the Chairman of the Nashville Wine Auction which has raised over $2.5mm for cancer research during her tenure.
