Krosschell joins as Principal, will grow Minneapolis-area presence for global commercial real estate firm

Minneapolis, MN Avison Young today announced the appointment of Tate Krosschell as Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Minneapolis office. Krosschell brings a decade of commercial real estate expertise with clients representing institutional and local relationships, as well as strategic business expansion and management experience.

Avison Young’s Minneapolis team offers a full suite of commercial real estate services covering all major industry sectors including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hospitality for the metropolitan area and greater Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Krosschell served as Vice President with Transwestern, where she helped the team grow their suburban listing portfolio by 300%. She represented an array of clients and ensured the seamless execution of client objectives across business lines and geographies. Krosschell’s career also included experience with Cushman & Wakefield, where she was named industry “Rising Star of the Year” and also worked with CBRE, focusing on business development.

Krosschell will succeed Mark Evenson, Principal, who will remain with the firm and focus his efforts on his occupier services practice.  Evenson has successfully overseen the growth of Avison Young’s Minneapolis business for the past seven years through the addition of top-tier clients and talent to the organization.
