As the tenant representative for Wyndham Worldwide, Avison Young provided project management services for the development of an addition to Wyndham’s current headquarters facility located at 22 Sylvan Way.
AY hired and managed all of the consultants and worked with Mack-Cali, the Landlord, on the base building coordination. The building is registered for LEED Gold and features a large grab and go Barista Bar that will serve coffee, sandwiches as well as hot food and soups. There is also a large training area with break out space and a game room.
