Yianni Feldman is a Business Development Manager at Avison Young, where he supports clients through complex fit-outs, renovations, and multi-site rollouts across the U.S. Studio, Project and Construction Management platform. He works closely with owners and occupiers to align scope, schedule, and stakeholder goals—helping projects stay on time and on budget while generating long-term value.

Yianni brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate, having previously worked in NYC retail leasing at Zelnik & Company and in residential and commercial sales at Compass. A graduate of Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, he also holds a Real Estate Salesperson License and has a background in real estate finance, development, and law.

An entrepreneur at heart, Yianni founded Ponchella LLC—launching a patented hybrid umbrella-poncho product with over 6,000 units sold—and continues to explore product innovation. Based in New York City, he is fluent in Mandarin, a lifelong New York Rangers fan, and passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate landscape with creativity and strategic insight.
