Prior to joining Avison Young, Tom was previously a Director of London Capital Markets International, speciailsing in the sale and acquisition of commercial property as well as providing development consultancy.

He joined Colliers International in 2019 as a member of the London Investment Department, specializing in London commercial property investment, after leave Farebrother (2 years) and that the JLL City Investment Team (10 years).

With over 12 years’ experience of the Central London commercial property market, he has acted for numerous institutional investors. Including M&G, L&G, Aberdeen Standard as well as overseas HNWs, Family Offices and property companies. He also has a wealth of experience acting on behalf of private investors from around the world.
