Teresa Benavides is the Executive Assistant to the Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Miami office, Donna Abood. Teresa brings over 18 years of real estate experience to the leasing team with expertise in operations, administration and leasing. As an invaluable asset to the team, she uses her extensive real estate knowledge to provide expert supervision and management of listings, marketing , agreements, correspondence, transaction oversight and events.

As Donna Abood’s right hand and Client Services Coordinator, Teresa is entrenched in every aspect of the leasing team’s day-to-day and works endlessly to ensure the team meets and exceeds each of their clients’ unique requirements.
