Simon Price is a Director within Avison Young’s Real Estate, Facilities, and Infrastructure Management (REFIM) team, based in Liverpool. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has played a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships across the North West, including with prominent organisations such as London & Continental Railways and Clearbell Capital. 

Simon divides his time between the Liverpool and Manchester offices, focusing on delivering strategic property management solutions that enhance asset performance and client value.
