Rob Youngquist is a Principal and a key member of Avison Young’s Enterprise Solutions team.  Prior to joining Avison Young, Rob was Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, where he specialized in corporate services and tenant representation. Rob relies on his in-depth market knowledge and research skills to reveal hidden opportunities with in the marketplace. He is recognized as a sharp and enthusiastic real estate professional that is willing to go the distance to deliver results on his clients’ behalf.  Rob is quick to recognize the importance of market awareness. He has worked diligently to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the local marketplace, closely monitoring activity and trends to insure that his clients have all the data necessary to make informed real estate decisions. Since entering the brokerage industry in 2005, he has been involved in over 3,000,000 square feet of transactions with total transaction value exceeding $2,000,000,000.

Rob currently serves on the board of CCIM, as 2015 President-Elect (2016). He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, (MNCAR). Together with his teammates, Mr. Youngquist was recognized in 2006 as one of the “Top 15 Office Brokers” by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. In 2007, he received the notable “Emerging Broker of the Year” award through Cushman & Wakefield. In 2014 Rob was recognized as a top producer earning a spot in the company’s Offshore Club as well as receiving 2014 Office Transaction of the Year award for TCF National Bank (given by MNCAR).
