Paul is head of Avison Young’s Scottish Transactions Team, based in Glasgow and covering Scotland. Paul’s experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams in execution of major transactions and strategic consultancy projects, particularly in the Public Sector. Paul is considered a specialist consultant in producing 5 Case Model Business Cases and advising on Green Book Valuations. With his extensive experience in advising the NHS/ Scottish Enterprise/Scottish Government he is also considered a specialist Scottish Property Finance /manual advisor.
