He specialises in the valuation of large housing portfolios - up to 15,000 units - for loan security, working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), funders, bondholders, and private investors across England and Wales.

Known for his sector insight and strategic advice, Nick supports clients through complex valuation, funding, and compliance processes. He also delivers Asset Valuations for Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords, and provides Stock Condition Surveys and Audits.

His broader expertise includes advising on residential and healthcare assets. He is a former Board Member and Chair of First Choice Housing Association.
