Marissa Rose joined Avison Young’s Retail Advisory Services Group in 2015. Ms. Rose and the Chicago Retail Advisory Group represent national, regional and local retailers with site selection, lease negotiations, dispositions and market analytics.

Marissa also assists real estate owners and investors with leasing and marketing of commercial real estate throughout the Midwest.
Before joining the Retail Advisory Group, Marissa served as the National Financial Analyst for Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group. Prior to joining Avison Young, she excelled as associate property manager on the Chicago Industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield.

In her spare time, Marissa sits on the St Jude Young Professionals Board of Chicago supporting St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Next Generation Chicago chapter. Marissa also serves on the Young Alumni Leadership Council of her alma mater, the University of Miami.

Marissa is currently pursuing her MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management where she serves as President of the Kellogg Student Association. Marissa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.

Marissa has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2015. She was the recipient of Avison Young’s 2014 Young Gun Professional of the Year Award.
