Luke Wolbrink brings over 15 years of experience in project and construction management, with a focus
on commercial real estate and occupier representation. He has provided end-to-end project and
program management for national clients, leading teams in areas from lease reviews to design,
contracting, and FF&E. Luke is tasked with providing consultative, holistic offerings for clients across
various industry sectors, including office, industrial, higher education, hospitality, and medical
facilities. He also has experience in developing design and construction playbooks that reduce budget
and schedule requirements in conjunction with workplace planning, strategy and capital budgeting to
meet clients needs.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Luke served as a Managing Director at Vestian Global Workplace Services
for over five years, where he was responsible for end-to-end project lifecycles from leasing to design,
construction, and closeout on multiple concurrent projects. His early career experience as a Project
Manager for general contractors, provides him with a solid technical background in all phases of
construction. This experience allows Luke to consistently advocate for beneficial outcomes for his clients
exceeding original project expectations. Luke holds a BS in Construction Management from Purdue
University with an emphasis on sustainable construction.
