Kevin Sweeney is an analyst in Avison Young’s New York City office. Originally from Long Island, Kevin graduated from Brown University in 2025 with a major in Business Economics. After completing a successful internship with Avison Young’s Investment Sales team, he joined the firm as an analyst, where he is excited to continue contributing to its dynamic platform. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, watching movies, the New York Giants, and spending time with friends and family.
