Jon Pezzoni serves as an Associate on Avison Young’s Boston and Cambridge team. He specializes in representing tenants and landlords in commercial sales and leasing transactions.

Jon assists tenants by providing in-depth market intelligence, identifying and evaluating space alternatives, performing due diligence, and negotiating the most favorable terms for his clients. He will ensure all terms negotiated are incorporated into the transaction and can assist with the coordination of move in.

When representing landlords, Jon advises owners, investors and developers in the sale or lease up of vacant space. In conjunction with ownership, Jon will create and execute a specific go-to-market strategy that will accurately and creatively position the asset in order to achieve maximum value.

Jon graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Finance.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jon worked as an associate for Berkshire Realty Group and as an intern for CBRE | New England.

Outside of the office, Jon enjoys playing golf and hockey.
