Joe joined the Land and Development team at Avison Young in January 2022, following 11 years working at Cushman & Wakefield. Joe is a Director with expertise in residential land agency, disposal, acquisition, brokerage and strategic land. Joe has led on the disposal of a wide variety of properties, including housing development sites, forward funding and forward commit agreements, conversion opportunities and mixed use disposals.

Joe is also a Registered Valuer with expertise in bank security valuations. He provides a wide range of professional advisory work including residential development consultancy, development finance consultancy, development appraisals, viability assessments and negotiation of restrictive covenant releases.
