Jessica Mistrik joined Avison Young in April 2012 as Research Manager for the Washington Metro region. In this role, she conducts market research and analysis, produces statistics and market reports, and maintains quality control of data. She also builds and maintains industry relationships through active participation in a local research consortium. Previously, Jessica worked in a similar capacity at Grubb & Ellis. Prior to that, she spent several years as a research analyst, tracking government procurement opportunities and contracts at FedSources (now Deltek).
