Jennifer joined Avison Young in January 2024 as a Senior Client Accountant on the newly created retail group. Jennifer has been responsible for the financial reporting for Pacific Place, Settler’s Market, CityPlace Doral and Sawtelle Courtyard Partners (835 Maude, Pine Castle, and 335-345 Middlefield).

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jennifer has 30 years in real estate accounting-mostly in commercial. At her prior company, Jennifer worked as a Property Accountant Liaison where she worked closely with the company and owner accounting teams, and Property Management to keep a strong relationship and foster communications to ensure deadlines are met. She then worked as a Senior Client Accountant responsible for the financial reporting of medical office buildings.
