Jeff Estep is Manging Principal of Americas Consulting. Jeff joined in 2020 to lead the Avison Young Consulting Services group and to strengthen the Integrated Services Platform via his “Strategy to Implementation” he has developed throughout his career.

Over the past thirty years, Jeff has built multiple companies that experienced rapid growth. He has participated in advisory boards of global real estate firms and provides ongoing board advisory support to clients across all industries. He has been instrumental in helping companies achieve immediate operations and supply chain improvements in a way that aligns with a long term strategy.

Jeff’s leadership in mergers and acquisitions provides him with unique expertise to advise organizations on their operating structure and position them for future growth and potential sale. He is committed to provide real-world, implementable solutions that create value for his clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, in 1998, Jeff founded Honour Consulting, where he first pioneered his ‘Strategy to Implementation’ integrated services platform, helping his clients make informed decisions from the earliest phase of strategy development and decision analytics through final implementation.

In 2015, Honour reached a strategic partnership with Cresa and rebranded as the Cresa Consulting Group. For 5 years, Jeff served as the Global Director of the Cresa Consulting Group. Jeff also led the Global Industrial serviceline which doubled in size under his tenure.

Jeff has built a team of senior level partners with technical expertise to deliver value through eight areas of specialization: Workplace Intelligence, Program Management, Procurement Strategy, Portfolio Optimization, Location Strategy and Economic Incentives, Process Redesign, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Business Intelligence. This platform is the result of Jeff’s insistence on delivering a “strategy to implementation” solution that aligns short term reactions, decisions, and projects with his client’s long-term strategy.
