Henry Trost is a Vice President at Avison Young where he is an office building and site selection consultant representing tenants, landlords, buyers, or sellers in and around Nashville.  He is also part of the Healthcare Practice Group, a four-person team specializing in healthcare real estate such as medical office building projects and multi-market healthcare clients. He represents a wide variety of clients from physicians and hospitals to REITs and senior living companies. Henry is involved with market surveys and feasibility studies, along with leasing and lease administration.

With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, Henry has worked in all facets of the business including development, brokerage, and project management.  He was previously with HealthCare REIT (now WellTower), where he was Regional Leasing Director for the Midwest Region Portfolio.  Prior to that, he worked as an independent real estate consultant with several development firms, acting as owner’s rep for both shell development and tenant build-out projects.
