Gabe is a Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years of experience, and joined Avison Young in 2024. He has in-depth knowledge of commercial agency, and expertise in landlord and tenant matters, as well as valuations.

Gabe is a member of the Liverpool Future Impact Board, and was previously Chair of RICS Matrics Liverpool, which has enabled him to contribute his experience positively across the Liverpool City Region.

Gabe has been part of numerous notable projects in and around Liverpool, including:

-    Sale of One Penketh Place, Skelmersdale – 40,000 sq ft (industrial)
-    Purchase of Unit 1 Alright Road, Speke – 25,000 sq ft (industrial)
-    Sale of Dale House, Liverpool – 7,500 sq ft (office)
-    Leasehold acquisition, Princes Dock, Liverpool – 4,500 sq ft (office)
-    Advised on the delivery of an office refurbishment programme, followed by successfully letting of the office accommodation.
