Erik Edeen is the Director of Tri-State Invesment Sales Operations in Avison Young’s New York City office, where he leads and coordinates day-to-day execution. He has been involved in $4.0 billion of real estate transactions during his seven year career.

Previous roles included select brokerage responsibilities involved in developing and executing all facets of the investment sales business across all asset types in Manhattan.

Before joining Avison Young, Erik was a Financial Analyst on CBRE’s New York Insitutional Investment Sales group. His focus was on generating the investment sales business in the Metro New York suburban markets and he was responsible for supporting senior investment sales brokers in the underwriting and valuation of all asset classes. In addition, he prepared all offering materials, presentations, market data and due diligence materials.
