Eddie is a graduate of Texas Tech University with A BBA in Finance specializing in Real Estate. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Eddie worked at Cresa Dallas as a Vice President.  Eddie brought his financial industry customer service experience to his clients at Cresa, where he specialized in financial analysis as well as account and transaction management since 2001.

Prior to his tenure with Cresa Dallas, Eddie worked as a retirement service specialist with Fidelity Investments.
