Mr. Krasnoff is an Executive Director in Avison Young’s Tri-State Debt & Equity Financy Group, where he is involved in the origination and execution of debt and equity financings for institutional and high net worth investors. In addition to being a top producer and member of Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence - $1 Million Dollar Club, David has been recognized by Globe St. as one of the “2021 Influencers in Net Lease” and by Real Estate Forum as one of their “Commercial Real Estate’s 50 Under 40 2018: The New Class of Rising Stars.” David has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has executed transactions valued at over $5.0 billion. Completed transaction include:

  • $250mm in acquisition financing for 540 West Madison in Chicago, IL
  • $165mm in mezzanine financing for the acquisition of 237 Park Avenue in New York, NY
  • $135mm in acquisition financing for 222 Broadway in New York, NY
  • $128mm in acquisition financing for City Square in White Plains, NY
  • $122mm in acquisition financing for 1700 Market Street in Philadelphia, PA
  • $95mm refinancing for The Curtis Center in Philadelphia, PA
  • $90mm in acquisition financing for the Kitsap Retail Portfolio in Silverdale, WA
  • $47mm in acquisition financing for the Long Wharf Portfolio in Boston, MA

Before joining Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group in 2013, David sourced and executed deals for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City. Before joining JLL’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group, David also worked for JLL’s Investment Sales Group where he was involved with all aspects of the sales process for institutional office transactions, including new business development, structuring, financial analysis, underwriting, contract negotiation and closing.
