Callum is an Associate Director within the Lease Advisory team based in Manchester and carries over a decade of experience advising on rent reviews, lease renewals and other associated asset management work.

Callum works across all major asset classes. During his career to date, Callum has represented several major landlord and occupier clients to include Greggs Plc, Iceland Foods, Co-op Group, Tesco Stores, IVC Evidensia and General Projects. Callum strategically advises a number of existing Avison Young clients to include Travis Perkins, Johnstone Decorating Centre, Direct Line Group, The Growth Company, Handelsbanken and many more.
