Brandon Dickason is a Vice President with the Capital Markets Group of Avison Young - New England and specializes in representing financial institutions, pension funds, REIT’s and private investors in the disposition of institutional real estate throughout New England. Mr. Dickason was recruited by Avison Young in 2012 to help develop and grow the company’s Capital Markets practice throughout New England.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Dickason spent six years as a Vice-President in the capital markets group at Jones Lang LaSalle in Boston. His responsibilities included overseeing financial and due diligence analysis and assisting in the execution of the firm’s New England transactions in the Greater Boston area. Mr. Dickason has participated in more than 35 sales transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion encompassing a wide variety of product types.

Affiliations et certifications

Mr. Dickason is a graduate of Tufts University in which he earned a BA degree in Economics and Political Science. He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as a Licensed Real Estate salesperson in the state of Massachusetts.
