Ben became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in 2019 and has 8 years private sector planning experience.

Prior to joining Avison Young (‘AY’) in 2025, Ben spent 8 years at CBRE where his particular focus was on delivering employment schemes within the M25, focusing on the Industrial and Logistics sector (‘I&L’). Example clients have included SEGRO, Oxenwood and Greater London Industrial. Ben also acted as secretariat for the London Industrial and Logistics Sounding Board (ILSB), a board which represents the collective thoughts and views of 60 organisation’s. This involved working closely with the GLA, BusinessLDN and SEGRO as founding members.

Aside from employment schemes, Ben also led residential schemes for Peabody within Thamesmead (circa 1.600 homes) and Anderson Group within Erith (circa 900 homes). Ben now has a national remit within AY and works across sectors, but continues to focus on Industrial & Logistics.
