Philadelphia, PA – Global real estate advisory firm, Avison Young, announces the sale of a two-building, 32,000-square-foot (sf) restaurant site located at 840 Lancaster Avenue in Devon, PA.

Avison Young Principal Paul French represented the undisclosed seller. The buyer was Rich Kim, restaurant entrepreneur and owner of Salt Korean BBQ.

The property was formerly the home of two high-end restaurants – La Jonquille and Shiraz which closed several years ago. The new ownership will undergo an extensive renovation of the buildings with an anticipated opening of the new restaurant concept in Spring 2026.
