A highly respected advisor with over a decade of experience in the UK’s key office markets, Julian’s appointment underlines the firm’s commitment to investing in senior talent and delivering strategic, future-focused advice to clients across the region.

Julian has extensive experience advising on office occupation and development in London, Birmingham and Bristol. His expertise spans landlord, occupier, and public sector mandates, giving him a comprehensive market perspective and his track record includes involvement in many high-profile office developments in these cities, establishing him as a leading market commentator and trusted advisor.

His recent work in Bristol and the South West includes development and leasing strategy for the Welcome Building, One Hundred Victoria Street, Halo and Embarq, as well as No.1 Bath Quays and Royal Mead in Bath.

Beyond the private sector, Julian has supported major strategic programmes for institutions including the City of London Corporation, National Rail and Oxford Brookes University.
