Avison Young tapped as exclusive leasing agent for new class A distribution center in Charlotte, NC

Nevada Logistics Center will deliver 164,358-square-feet to the largest industrial submarket in the Carolinas
Charlotte, NC – Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has been exclusively retained by IDI Logistics to lead leasing efforts for Nevada Logistics Center, a 164,358-square-foot (SF) class A distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. IDI begins site work for the development, which is pursuing LEED Certification, on July 8th with delivery anticipated in Q2 2026.
Located at 2620 Nevada Boulevard near the I-77/Westinghouse Boulevard interchange, Nevada Logistics Center’s prime location offers access to an established workforce, rail connectivity, extensive amenities, and proximity to major thoroughfares (I-77 and I-485), Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and the Charlotte Business District. Neighboring tenants include FedEx, FritoLay, TJ Maxx, Tractor Supply Company, Ross and other high-profile companies.
Avison Young Principals Henry Lobb, Chris Skibinski, and Associate, Will Hendrick, are leading leasing efforts on behalf of Atlanta-based IDI Logistics.
