Nrep acquired another co-living property in Gdańsk - Noli Gdańsk Old Town, located at 59 Łąkowa Street. This unique destination sits within the historic Czerwone Koszary complex, which has been carefully redeveloped and modernised with advanced ecological solutions.

Avison Young Technical Advisory team has been responsible for complex technical advisory, including project monitoring and supervision of construction works, project management, quality control and final handover from Moderna Holding to NREP.
