We are happy to share that we have advised Carrefour Polska in a successful divestment of CH Glinki to Redkom Development. The existing shopping centre is undergoing a redevelopment into retail park, which will have ca. 16,000 sqm GLA.

This transaction highlights the growing investor appetite for older, regional centres, which continue to benefit from strong locations, well-established retail positioning and attractive pricing.
